What you notice first when you reach beyond Lower Indian Lake and timberline is the seemingly endless acres of lawn-like meadows. You half expect to see a golf-cart go bouncing by. Lower Indin Lake often perfectly reflects Mt. Hutton on the skyline, and offers solitary camping for the backpacker.
