Brewer Basin in Kings Canyon

Little Brewer Lake is a remarkably pretty lake with excellent campsites. This lake is a worthy destination all by itself.

Yet Another Beautiful Lake...

After a while the slope became gentle, the trees thinned out and the views opened up to reveal the fine lower lake of this drainage. We soon reached the shore (picture time!) and admired the view across the lake.
Turning the lake on the right we soon came upon several excellent and level campsites, where we dropped our packs for pictures, exploration, and personal needs. After taking a few more pictures I found the outlet and behind a hillock or low ridge along the west shore of the lake I found more spots that appeared to be used for tent sites. This particular spacious, open and shaded area was fairly level with a gradual slope down-canyon.
