Back in Our Great Camp

We enjoyed the remainder of our day doing the usual chores, but we had the added bonus of being in one of the most beautiful spots in the Sierra.

When we finally got to bed after a nice stargazing session, I figured the trip was pretty much over with a retracing of our steps back to the trailhead. Oh, we did hope to get in a visit of Deadman Canyon with our extra day, so we were looking forward to that. Little did I know, the adventure was not yet over.
